Before arriving in Prague
Booking = After receiving your booking request, we will send you our offer with rates and details within 2 working days. If you agree with the rate and the conditions, we will book the hotel and transfers. After receiving the confirmation from the hotel, we will send you the confirmation. We appreciate you can book at least 3 working days in advance.
Child seat is available when mentioned in the booking stage or you noticed before your departure. Otherwise we will not provide the child seat and will refuse the service and charge you the full price. Please mention the child's age to prepare the proper child seat.
Payment = Credit card(Visa/Master) or bank transfer in advance. For credit card payment, we will send you the mail order form which you need to fill out, sign, scan and send it back to us within due date. For bank transfer, we will send you the invoice with our bank details. All bank transaction fees must be covered by yourside. If you do not send the mail order or paid through the bank until the due date, we will automatically cancel the booking.
Vouchers = We will send you the necessary vouchers when the transaction was authorised or reached our account. Please print the vouchers and take with you to Prague.
After arriving in Prague
For transfer from Prague airport = Our driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time at the arrival hall with the name board. For example, if your flight is scheduled to arrive at 10:00, but landed at 10:30, our driver will wait till 11:30. If landed before at 10:15, will wait till 11:15. If you missed your connecting flight to Prague, please call us the number written in our confirmation.
All passengers must fasten their seatbelts during the whole journey.
Check in/Check out = Usually the check in starts at 14:00 and check out till 11:00. Please show our voucher upon check in.
In case of kick out, please let us know immediately.
Breakfast = Full breakfast(usually buffet style) is included otherwise stated in our website or in our voucher.
The rates include only the room charge and the breakfast. Extra cost, i.e. telephone bill, minibars, laundries must be paid by your side when you check out. The hotel probably ask you to show your credit card to guarantee the extras. Some hotels offer wellness as complimentary but please double check upon check in.
For transfer from hotel = Our driver will wait up to 20 minutes at the hotel lobby.
In case our driver cannot meet you at the designated time, we will call you in advance and let you know the delay. If you did not provide your mobile phone number or your mobile is not switched on, we might call the reception and tell about the delay.
For any insufficient services which is caused by our fault or supplier's fault, we will refund to you before your check in or within 7 days from your check out.
All claims/complaints must be in written forms and must be send within 7 days from your check out.
If you paid the service but need to cancel it within the cancellation deadline, we will return you the amount deducted our handling fee - EUR 25 per booking.
Cancellation policy/fee depends on the hotel you booked. We will advise you the cancellation policy/fees when we confirm your booking.
